Install 
1. Extract in to data.
2. find "sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\," in Fallout4.ini and add "TEXTURES\" to the end of that line, it should look like this "sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, TEXTURES\,".

Uninstall 
1. Delete the textures "reconpistol_scope_1_d.dds" and "reconrifle_scope_1_d.dds" from the "reconscope" folder.

Tips
add " MUSIC\, SOUND\" as well as "TEXTURES\" to  "sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\," to save time if you want to add music and sounds in the future.
