Adds a constructible .44 Pistol Special Receiver with exceptional rate of fire and reload speed.
The damage is also slightly improved.

Parts you will need to craft the Special Receiver:

8 Adhesive
15 Aluminium
5 Crystal
5 Nuclear Material
8 Screw

Gun Nut rank 4 required.
