PHASR Energy Weapon
Based on the conceptual weapon called the PHASR, as per request from a commentor.
No means of reloading the weapon are known... up to the modder to devise one.

Formats included: Maya, Object. Can be opened in most 3d programs, ie 3dsmax, Maya, Blender, etc. NIF conversion is possible
