Just extract these two files into your Data folder in your main fallout Installation location.

To go to the room use: Bat beamup

To go back to sanctuary at any time from anywhere in the game type: Bat beamback


Be careful when using this in locations to you can't fast travel back too as it could be a pain in the ass and I also haven't tested it during any critical mission points and probably wouldn't advise it just in case.
