THISTLE WORKSHOP HARVEST


Adds thistle to the workshop food menu that can be planted and harvested for your settlement. Script level injection will add the thistle to the vanilla workshop production. Does not cause radiation damage when picked and has working harvesting models. In the wise words of George Foreman: "set it and forget it!"


Can be found in the Workshop / Resources / Food menu. Does NOT touch the thistle plant radiation traps that are scattered around the Commonwealth. Has a food rating like most vanilla crops (0.5).


INSTALLATION

Install with mod manager. ESL Flagged ESP so it will not count towards your load order. If Uninstalling it should not affect your workshop menu as it used vanilla menus.


ABOUT WORKSHOP PRODUCTION

If you are not getting thistle in your workshop bench try these steps. From Tenhats page: Travel far away, sleep in game for 48 hours. Return to your settlement where your thistle was planted. The game now needs to sit for a few minutes unpaused for the production cycle to trigger. You can do something else in the game if you like, or just get up and make yourself some food irl. The exact time is unknown, but in my experience it's less than 5 minutes. The happiness changing is generally a good sign that a production cycle has occurred.
