Just paste the downloaded files to Fallout 4 folder.

Change Fallout4.ini (located in the same folder that your saves folder is in) 
where sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\ 
to
sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, textures\, meshes\, scripts\, sound\, music\, misc\, shadersfx\, interface\, programs\, materials\

I add alot of spooky and creppy music to the Classcial radioand mintue man radio has  are done  and and it not copyright infriment so it shouldnt be took down and i also have some creppy radio records to set the mood also up too 2 hours of tracks : i finshed  mintue man radio it has old 1948 radio brodcasts that tell scary stores/detctive storys up too 1 or longer of tracks
