- Download it with NMM, everything should be all right : 


1 =>  To get the outfit you need to write in 
console first (press ˛) :  help customkellogg 4

2 =>  You'll see a new ID item, then write in the 
console :  player.additem xx 1 
(xx is the item's ID that you saw in your console)




- If you only need the Stats Upgrade : 

1 =>  Go see the optional file and instal it with NMM




- If you want to change your armor skin : 


1 =>  Download with NMM my MAIN FILE first

2 =>  Download another mod texture pack MANUALY

3 =>  Go inside that mod, and look for the textures 
folder (it should be : Textures/Armor/Kellogg)

4=>  Inside that kellogg folder, you’ll see 6 .DDS files, 
copy them all and go to your fallout 4 data folder. 
Then, put that 6 files into the customkellogg textures 
folder.  (replace all of them)

(it should be :  Data/Textures/Armor/CustomKellogg)

- If you want to use CBBE :

You have to download Outfit bodyslide studio, if you don't know what it is, you should watch the turorial about it (not so hard to understand)
