INSTALL:
Extract archive into DATA folder.
Activate "DB.ESP" in NMM or any other program you use to activate esp files.

UNINSTALL:
Delete the files from DATA folder.

HOW TO GET:
Craft at Chemistry Station
or
Open console with ~ button. 
Type "help db 4 armo". The item which ID starts not from 00 is the one you need.
Type "player.additem XX0008001 1", where XX are the numbers from the item you've just found.
