Remove scrap from Gray Garden settlement.

This mod fixes the problem of not being able to scrap an old car and a cluster of trees in Gray Garden settlement.  These items were in the way of constructing new buildings and could not be removed so, I fixed it.


Installation:

copy the GrayGardenScrap.esp to your fallout 4 data directory
( ProgramFiles(x86)/steam/steamapps/common/fallout4/data  )

edit c:\users\"your name here"\AppData\Local\Fallout4\Plugins.txt file, adding the line GrayGardenScrap.esp, then flag the file as read only.
