INSTALLATION GUIDE:

Locate the folder in which Undertale is installed.
For me, it's C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Undertale


Now, download and open "DeltaPatcher.exe"
Delta Patcher Website: https://github.com/marco-calautti/DeltaPatcher

For the "Original File"
Select the "data.win" in the folder Undertale is installed.

For the "XDelta patch"
Select the "repent_v2.xdelta" provided.

Once that's done, click "Apply Patch"

Now, all that's left is to apply the splash art!
Drag and drop the "splash" provided into the folder Undertale is installed.
If done properly, it should prompt you to replace it.
Choose "Replace the file in the destination".
