2. Copy the meshes/Lordinquisitor Folder TO (install folder)\Fallout 3\Data\Meshes\

Paths should be

and for the textures
Fallout 3\Data\textures\Lordinquisitor\Clutter\Office\deskfaxtext.dds
Fallout 3\Data\textures\Lordinquisitor\Clutter\Office\deskfaxtext_N.dds
