A clean-up of Arlington House, which can be found in the center of Arlington Cemetery.

Details:

A map marker has been included. This is purely a cosmetic change to the house, both interior and exterior using graphics from Tranquility Lane - it should not interfere with normal gameplay. Junders Plunkett will be found in the house if you have the Lawbringer perk. If you are using NMC's re-textures you'll see a different wallpaper - also there is a problem with corrupt graphics behind the stairs: This is a problem with the UV map on the mesh - thanks to WillieSea for pointing that out and to NMC for confirming. You'll soon forget it's there. The flag outside is Citadel, but used because it's the only available one
in motion. Update: The American flag is now available, courtesy of Bond123.

None, although I recommend NMC's re-textures.

Install:
===============

1. Extract the file from the archive.
2. Copy file to (install folder)\Fallout 3\Data\
3. Start Fallout 3 Launcher, click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside the .esp file.

Un-Install:
===============

1. Start Fallout 3 Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the .esp file.
2. Delete the file associated with the mod.

Anything that changes the interior/exterior of Arlington House - even so, I don't foresee any serious issues.
