this replaces the t51b textures (the fort constantine's one) with hi-res ,overdetailed textures and adds a glow map
to the armor

two options available :
V pack looks good with  vanilla weather
W pack looks good with  weather replacers ...fellout and similar and anything that removes the green from fo3 weather
(saturation 30% less)
no other differences
I suggest to try both anyway
