•	This mod was originally owned and created by me, 999333555, anyone who wishes to edit this mod may do so but only with my permission!

•	The Equipment is located in the display room to the left of the elevator in the Washington Monument on a podium.

•	The equipment has all different stats then the normal in-game version.

•	This mod gives you The Lone Wanderer’s Modified 10mm. BB Gun, Hunting Rifle, Repeater, 10mm. Pistol, Silenced 10mm. Pistol, and Favorite .44 (A .44 Magnum) and also The Lone Wanderer’s Armored Vault 101 Jumpsuit.

•	This is my first mod so be kind and give constructive criticism.
