Move contents of "0 . Cyberdyne Preset ENB+SweetFX+Antilag" to where the game is installed.

Uses Midhrastic ENB as base
Does require Fellout mod
Changes from original include...
New enbpalette.bmp (actually does most of the work)
Adjusted enbseries.ini for less intense days and weaker sun, and less bright nights (but still visable without a light source)
Adjusted enbeffectprepass.fx for much less grain
Added SweetFX for 
	vibrancy, dithering, sharpening, SMAA, some contrast changes, and a soft vignette
Added Anti-Lag for
	limiting fps to 58 for lower input lag when using vsync, limiting how many frames it renders ahead

What you need to do to make it work correctly is the same as original mod.
Brightness in game was set to one notch below middle for my screen shots.
