++ Preset Character Overhaul - by Millennium155 ++

Creating femine characters in fallout is a challenge and 
I personally didn't care for any of the presets or saved 
characters I found on the nexus, so after a bunch of 
of trial and error I'm finally ready to share my work.

Preset 2 is the one I use and is the basis for all the 
other presets except 6. 

As of right now I only edited the Caucasian presets, but I plan
on at least doing the African American presets, if not the other 
two races as well. Meaning there may be an update for this.

If you use this please share your screenshots. Especially since
I'm too lazy to take screens of the other presets.
