Quiets down the sounds of Mole Rats (and of Wild Iguanas if using MMM, as they use the same feet sounds).

Install
=======
1. Extract the files to (install folder)\Fallout 3\Data\
2. Examine the folder structure and make corrections where necessary.
3. Start Fallout 3 Launcher, click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside the .esp. Alternatively, use FOMM, Nexus Mod Manager or Wrye Flash and place a checkmark beside the .esp.


Uninstall
=========
1. Delete the files associated with the mod in (install folder)\Fallout 3\Data\
