This mod (Georgetown Expansion) adds several massive interiors to explore inside Georgetown in DC.

The mod adds two map markers, both in Georgetown:

Pulowski Preservation Services (near Georgetown South)
14 Georgetown Plaza (near Georgetown East)

This mod adds two quests, both start in the Georgetown area:

Dawn's Peace (begins after leaving a room near the Bathroom entrance to the Underground, or by finding various notes.)
Danny's Package (begins upon entering Pulowski Preservation Services.)

The mod adds several unique or new items:

Dawn's Piece (Unique Hunting Rifle with a clip of 7 and 32 damage worth a value of 420). Can be found in Georgetown Underground,
in a room near the entrance to the Bathrooms.

Joint (New Misc. Item, uses cigarette model). There are 2, one in the Manager's Office in La Chateau, and one in the lounge
room in the Stockholder Preservation Bunker.

Mini Terminal (Unique Terminal). Can be found on a bed in the Quarters of the Stockholder Preservation Bunker.

Heroin (New Chem, uses Med-X syringe model). It causes a temporary collapse, and has a high risk of addiction. Depending on your
level, it will arbitrarily decide a bonus in Luck (from +2 to +6) and in Damage Resistance (from +25 to +39). 50% risk of
addiction. There are 24 heroin syringes in a box in the break room in the Preservation Services, 2 syringes next to that, and
one in the Quarters area of the Bunker.

Robobrain Sentry (friendly Robobrain). Patrols the Stockholder Preservation Bunker.

Atomic Relocator (Smaller, Unique Teleporter). Links the surface of Pulowski Preservation Services with the Bunker below.

A miniature Preservation Shelter on the desk by the entrance to Pulowski Preservation Services.

To Kill A Mockingbird (Unique speech book). Also adds the first three paragraphs of the famous novel to the Notes section of the
Pipboy. Can be found in the lounge room of the Bunker.

This mod REQUIRES ALL DLC. It does not conflict with DC Interiors. It may conflict, however, with any mod that changes Andale or
the outside areas of Georgetown and should be loaded towards the END of your load order (below any conflicting file)
if you may have conflict issues.
