10th Anniversary Overhaul [10thAn] version 0.1.7.08 Overview: 10th Anniversary Overhaul is made with the intent of providing a one-stop source to stabilize and optimize the Fallout 3 GOTY 2017 re-release (DRM free version) on STEAM. The end goal is to provide a single installer that can patch, update, and improve a fresh install of FO3 with all the best the modding community made over the past 10 years. Incremental partial releases are scheduled monthly. Target release date of a finalized stable and fully featured version is October 2018 (hence the name, 10th Anniversary). Resources will be chosen based on a PC with the following minimum specifications: System RAM: 8GiB (with at least 4GiB available for the game) System Processor: 2GHz quad core, or 2.5GHz  dual core with hyperthreading Video RAM: 1.5GiB These may change with time. Sources: Only sources with a significantly high rating on Nexus are included. All Nexus permission rules are followed. The primary source for included mods come from Kelmych's guide on the STEP-project. See: http://wiki.step-project.com/User:Kelmych/Fallout3 All mods and patches labeled "Core" will be installed with 10thAn. Where original author permission is granted, mods are to be included in the 10thAn download.  In other cases, these must be downloaded separately and then installed using the (as yet unwritten) 10thAn installer. Where possible, 3rd party patching are to be included (e.g. 4GiB fix, Windows LIVE remover, Intel graphics workaround, Anti-crash, Anti-stutter, FOSE). Separate modder tools are not included (e.g. Mod Organizer, FO3Edit, Bash, ENB, etc). Additional mods with high popularity on Nexus are also to be included (e.g. most of JIP's mods and other UI mods, where permitted). Where mods can not be included, a combined merge patch is included and the installer will require the original mods to be downloaded separately then included. The installer (when completed) will provide Nexus links for these downloads so that the user may download them during the install process. Once a playable beta version of core 10thAn is released (target December 2017) other popular quest and companion mods will be made 10thAn compatible and posted on Nexus, with original authors' permission or as patches for the original authors' release. All mods made which assume 10thAn is installed or require 10thAn should put [10thAn] in their file description. As the core mods from Kelmych's guide are successfully combined they will be posted to the 10thAn main page. Several sister pages will also be made to provide alternate resource downloads (e.g. textures at various resolutions and optimization levels, sounds, etc). In addition, the 10th Anniversary DEBUG page will provide resources specifically to help diagnose problems wih combining mods or system restrictions. 2017 September Sprint Goals: Combine Kelmych's Base UI Mods plus MMM. Apply Paradox mergers, Blackened patches, and The Wasteland Patch Collection. Test.  Debug. Gain permissions from authors to re-release a combined ESM set and assets. 2017 September Stretch Goals: Design a preliminary installer app to apply basic patches to a fresh install. Recruit.
