FALLOUT VIDEO-TEC : REMASTERED FALLOUT HD - 60FPS

Nothing much to say : you'll find ALL FALLOUT 3 GOTY videos (+DLC), HD remastered using AI Upscaling (1920x1080). Note that ALL VIDEOS have been converted to 60FPS for smoother sequence play.

Fallout 3 intro video exists in 2 versions :

- ORIGINAL version, no post processing treatment... green tint and overbright lightning . Surprised? ... just like the rest of the game isn'it? 

- REWORKED version, post processing applied to reduce green tinting and reworked lightning applied (exposure, brightness, contrast, saturation, tinting, HDR, gamma).

WHILE I BELIEVE THESE HD VIDEOS LOOKS MUCH MUCH BETTER, I AM NO MAGICIAN THOUGH : IT REMAINS ARTIFACTS/NOISE/TINTING/ALIASING BUT IN HD NOW :)

OPTIONAL PACKS : 

MothershipCrew_HD_VIDEO_PACK : 

- Fake HD 4/3 aspect re-encoded into 16/9 (Black bars added on each border)....there was no way i could stretch original video without distorting final rendering.

- MothershipCrewChapterIIIIntro.bik : the first 10 seconds of the video have been cut-off since it was a mix of noise/motion flickering/aliasing... impossible to restore.

Functional Microscopes V1.0_HD_VIDEO_PACK :

- Changed video aspect ration form 780x480(?) to HD 1920x1080(16/9)

SINCE "Functional Microscopes" by AmaccurzerO (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/23310?tab=files&file_id=1000015484) has been merged with other animated ressources of his own into "ANIMATED WESTLAND" MOD (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/23926), THIS VIDEO PACK IS SUITABLE AND RECOMMENDED. All credits to him for his work creating those two great mods.

Original FAllout 3 GOTY video pack : just in case you don't read install instructions and overwrite original game videos... if you do so, and you don't like this you won't be able to uninstall/restore original videos.

INSTALLATION :

- Make a copy of your existing Data\Video folder.
- Extract archive content to your root folder, it has a folder structure (Data/Video) or install it using FOMM.

UNINSTALLATION : 

- Delete Data\Video folder and restore saved previously saved Video folder or UNINSTALL using FOMM, ilt will restore old videos.

Couldn't find other mods with video content but the aim of this project is to restore and refresh all kind of videos from all kinds of Fallout 3 mods and gather on this single mod-page all downloadable ressources for Fallout 3.
