Cummins NH-220 Engine for ATS and ETS2

Many of my sources for technical details can be found in the 'docs' directory, however I also need to credit the YouTube videos from which I took sound files, as well as some web pages I found textual information on.

This is the video that introduced me to this particular engine. I fell in love with startup and idle sounds and decided I had to have this engine in ATS and ETS2.

Finally, I borrowed the jake brake and the "no fuel" sounds from Kreichbaum's Cummins N14c. I couldn't find anything clean enough to use, and the N14 is from the same line of engines (just about 40 years later).
