→Go to your game folder and see if you got a folder named data_win32 , if not, create it.

→Inside this folder you should have another folder named spc , if not, create it.

→Drop the file inside spc folder and that's it, you got your new mod installed.

FULL PATH: C:\\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\NARUTO SHIPPUDEN Ultimate Ninja STORM 4\data_win32\spc


*NOTE*: This is the default path, if you have the game installed in other path just go to it.
