Installation:
Drop the two .esps into your Fallout: New Vegas Data Folder. 

Description:
Adds a visual effect to Jet, Psycho, Buffout, Mentats, Med-X, Stimpaks, Superstims, Alcohol, and Radiation.

Compatibility: 
Will conflict with any mod that changes the stats or visual effects of chems. Note, no actual changes were made to the stats of chems.
