Changes the pip boy to make it brighter and larger



Install
=======
1. Copy the .esp file to (install folder)Steam\SteamApps\common\fallout new vegas\Data\
2. Start Fallout: New Vegas Launcher, click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside the .esp file(s).

Uninstall
=========
1. Start Fallout: New Vegas Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the .esp file(s).
2. Delete the .esp file from Steam\SteamApps\common\fallout new vegas\Data\
