Adds several sets of earrings into a respawning container found in Doc Mitchell's House.

1. Extract the files to a temporary location.
2. Examine the folder structure and make corrections where necessary.
3. Copy files to your installation directory, etc.

5/31/2011: .03 .EGM files created. Pokerchips of varying colors added after having been forgotten. 
11/6/2011: .04 Separate male versions created. Fixed the Four Eyes issue.
11/9/2011: .05 Made it possible to wear an earring on one side. Thus the file size increase.
