All of Freeside has been cleaned up, the main road, and all side roads. The scrap walls blocking entrance to certain side roads were also removed. Here is what we have done so far: - Replaced all of the roads with cleaner ones - Replaced the scrap walls with nice stone walls - Fixed Silver Rush sign - Added another gate that connects to North Freeside - Added palm trees to the main road - Added three new interiors - Replaced old busted buildings with new ones By the way, don't waste your time (or mine) by posting that Freeside is supposed to be a slum. It is still slumish, it still has thugs all over the place, etc. Old Versions Version 1: First version, restores Freeside and adds 3 new interiors. Main Files Version 2: Adds 5 new interiors, restores Freeside, and is now compatible with NVTC. MRCartman also generously gave me a German version of NVFR, so big thanks to him for that. Compatibility Files: NVFR-NVR-NVTC, NVFR-NVR, and NVFR-NVTC are all files that are compatible with others. Optional Files: Low: Low Populated Freeside. Medium: Medium Populated Freeside. High: Highly populated Freeside. All three files are included in a single file. NVFR's other part, New Vegas Restoration - NVR cleans up the Strip and restores it to its pre - war glory. It was also developed by the NVR Team. Get it here: New Vegas Restoration - NVR 1.[Q] Is the New Vegas Trade Center mod compatible with NVFR? [A] Yes, a patch has been released for NVTC and NVFR. There are no known bugs right now. The Official 1.4 Patch is required to use NVFR. Install: 1. Download the 7zip file. 2. Place the 7zip file in FOMM/ Open up the 7zip file and place the .esp file in this folder path: (C:) > ProgramFiles (86) > Steam > SteamApps > Common > Fallout New Vegas > Data This folder path may be different for some people, but if you are using Windows 7 your folder path should match this one. If you are using NVR, make sure you get the NVFR file compatible with it. Place the NVFR-Version_2.esp above all of the NVR files, and SMOTS files (If you're using SMOTS) Load order should look like this: [X] NVFR-Version_2.esp [X} SierraMadreV2.0.esp [X] NVR-NPCs.esp [X] NVR-ELECTRO-CITY_Patch.esp [X] NVR-rePopulated_Wasteland_Patch.esp [X] NVR-Version_10.esp Then, add the Meshes folder to your Mesh folder, by merging. Uninstall: Remove the NVFR-Version_1.esp from your data folder, along with the mesh folder. New Vegas Freeside Restoration - NVFR belongs to me (Falloutperson416) and cannot be edited/uploaded without my permission, under any circumstances. German version of NVFR translated by MRCartman. Meshes and textures found in A Cuppa Joe created by Bond. Thanks to GTA44 for creating and providing the NVFR Trailer video, NVFR Logo and screenshots. - Over 7400 downloads and 87 endorsement, keep it up! - I give kudos to those who upload pictures :) - NVFR has been released!
