Description:

Added a stealth field to the Chinese Stealth Armour like in Fallout 3 but tweaked to how I 
like to play so I thought I might go share this. Just a little weaker than a stealth boy but 
only while you are sneaking while not moving and have your weapon sheathed, once you draw a 
weapon the stealth field is weakened due the extra strain of shielding it as well as the 
person. Originally I intended to check if a weapon was equipped but my beginner skills never 
figured it out, maybe in the future though. 

A thing that annoyed me about this set of armour was the helmet. I didn't like how I was 
forced to equip the helmet, so I separated them in the place you find them, which I haven't 
changed, they will still be in the same place they are in vanilla.

There is also an optional Project Nevada patch that adds night vision and a scanner ability 
which seemed appropriate for stealth armour gear to have. This requires you to have Project 
Nevada Core and Equipment Modules installed. It can be downloaded over at Project Nevada's 
Nexus page.

I have also included an optional patch for "For The Enclave" that the applys the same effects to 
the armour set included in the mod. You can download the mod here: http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/39531/

I used Fallout 3: Operation Anchorage and Mission Mojave as references.

Incompatibilities:

Manual installation:
--------------------

1. Move "Improved Chinese Stealth Armour.esp" to New Vegas data folder.
2. (Optional) Move "Improved Chinese Stealth Armour - Project Nevada Patch.esp to New Vegas 
data folder.
