This mod adds in a Colt M4A1. It comes with unique static and sound entries (and custom sounds!), as well as having it added to the 
appropriate repair, vendor, and leveled lists. It also comes with three modifications - a red dot, a silencer, and an extended magazine.

It can be found on Doc Mitchell's kitchen table.

Copy/extract the archive into your Data folder and check the esp off in your data loader.
