1)Fist Delete all previous versions of this mod (BCG) 
2)Drag and drop the file into your Data folder

Steam users looks like this:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Fallout New Vegas\Data

3)Then when lauching FNV open data files on startup menu and make sure the box
RangerCasheGoodSpring is ticked (BCG)

To uninstall simply delete the file in the data folder
