This mod adds a very lore friendly player home immediately to the left (or right if you are leaving) Doc Mitchell's House in Goodsprings. It requires Gun Runner's
and Fallout base game. For those lazy players (Such as myself) i included a map marker you can fast travel to, it points you immediately at the house. If you are
wondering why it needs Gun Runner's, go in the house. I'll give you a hint, there's a Medicine Stick and 3 packs of 45-70 Gov'trounds on the table. Cheers!


All work on this mod was done soley by the G.E.C.K. for my own practise and because i couldn't find a decent player home mod with a lot of storage in a 
compact place in non hostile territory.

Oh, as for the map marker name, just hop into G.E.C.K. and change it, it's named for me because duh.
