This mod was something only thrown together by yours truely. a ghillie suit mod because i think NV lacks

Installation:
simply extract the folders and .esp to your falloutNV data folder. check it and Voila!

remember: the suit can be found in a hollowed-out rock next to Marcus infront of Jacobstown
