Extract the files into your /data folder and overwrite if necessary.

You should probably make a backup of any files you already have in there unless you never want to return to using them.

To uninstall, simply delete or re-replace with the aforementioned originals that you were so prudent to backup earlier.

All of this is a lot easier if you use ModOrganizer, which allows you to change applied mods with a simple checkmark.
