This mod allows you to access many of the rooftops throughout Big MT in the "Old World Blues" DLC

Extract the "Mojave Rooftops - Old World Blues.esp" to the Fallout New Vegas data folder. (Ususally in: Steam/Steamapps/Common/FalloutNewVegas)

Remember to check out the original "Mojave Rooftops" mod if you haven't already.
