THE ESM IS OPTIONAL IF YOU WANT TO REPLACE
THE JUNK FOOD WITH THE NEW BBQ CRISPS 
TEXTURE, IF YOU DONT WANT TO USE THE ESM
THEN YOU WILL HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE VANILLA
JUNK FOOD BOX AND BORING LOW-RES VANILLA 
VERSION.
