Primm Restored - Version 1


::REQUIREMENTS::
Latest Version of New Vegas

::FEATURES::
Allows Primm Residents to leave their homes & enter the casino
Allows Ruby Nash to wander further than she normally does & she can enter the casino
Makes Primm feel alive
Organizes all residents and splits them among 3 of the 4 existing homes (One home has a skeleton in and looks abandoned)

::POTENTIAL ISSUES::
Sometimes NPC's can get stuck inside an interior cell. The only way they can get out is if you enter that cell.
This is just a Bethesda game engine bug. Happens rarely.
