There are 3 PlaySound lines and you need to manually change them.

Open In_SimpleNightVision.txt

In order: Change UIPipBoyLightOff to NightVisionOff

	  Change UIPipBoyLightOn to NightVisionOn

	  Change UIPipBoyLightOn to NightVisionOff
