{*INSTALLATION*}
Replace the "hf_genfl_leliana.mor" file in your "C:\Users\Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age\packages\core\override" folder, or whatever equivalent you use. If you don't have this file already, simply rename the "SCB_Leliana.mor" file to "hf_genfl_leliana.mor" and drop into the aforementioned folder.

Or, use a face replacer and give it to anyone else!
