1.Download ReShade from it's official site https://reshade.me/ and run the setup 
2.Select your witcher.exe location and choose DirectX 9 below, agree to download effects and check the all effects or, for a little faster loading, check only those, which are used in this preset(list of used effects is below) 
3.Place System folder from this archive in your game's main directory
