Copy the gamesaves file to this directory:
C:\Users\username\Documents\Witcher 2\

Open regedit and go to:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\CD Projekt RED\The Witcher 2

Open GameData and change the key exactly the same like in "The Key.png"

If there is no GameData, then enter the witcher 2 and start a new game, insane mod preferred. Then
quit from the game and change the GameData.
