A recreation of tbonejunction from borderlands. extract folders to the mod folder in your RAGE game directory and everything should work.
 For example - (c:) steam > steamapps > common > rage > mods 

To play the mod in game, make sure you check the "play Rage with mods(unsupported)" when you start RAGE. 
The mod is available in Wellsprings when you go to the job board.
Then go to the door under the alcove that near the racing section of wellspring to enter the mod level.  
I recommend playing the main game pretty far as you get better weapons like the nail gun and the rocket launcher to help you 
but you can access this mod at any time at wellspring. 


NOTICE: if you have other rage mods installed I highly recommend moving them to another folder. you most likely will have conflict with multiple mods if you dont
