Changes all Extractors' Speeds and Max Capacities
Adds Optional Adjustment for Extractor Speed / Capcity in Lua Script
Supports French, Italian, Spanish, German and Russian languages

Possible Conflicts:
- Edits NMS_REALITY_GCPRODUCTTABLE.MBIN, BASEBUILDINGOBJECTSTABLE.MBIN, BASEBUILDINGPARTSTABLE.MBIN, BASEBUILDINGPARTSNAVDATATABLE.MBIN,
DEFAULTSAVEDATA.MBIN, DEFAULTSAVEDATACREATIVE.MBIN, and the PLACEMENTDATA.ENTITY.MBIN of all of the Freighter Industrial Rooms.

Could Potentially conflict with any mod that adds new items, buildables, consumables, or edits freighter rooms, base building objects etc.

::Installation::
1.) Delete or rename DISABLEMODS.txt in SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\No Man's Sky\GAMEDATA\PCBANKS
1.5) If you don't have a MODS fodler in \SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\No Man's Sky\GAMEDATA\PCBANKS, make one. (MODS, all CAPS)
2.) Extract the NMSMSE.zip folder
3.) Copy the .PAK to the mods folder in \SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\No Man's Sky\GAMEDATA\PCBANKS
4.) Enjoy :D
