How to install:
1, Navigate to your game's directory, then go to '.\GAMEDATA\PCBANKS'.
2, Delete the file 'DISABLEMODS.txt'.
3, Create a MODS folder if you don't have it.
4, Drop the file '___RandomStart.pak' into the MODS folder. That's it
