Drop all files in the bin folder (where the .exe is)

Set Uplay to offline mode, ingame press tab to toggle HUD on or off.

Note that menus will also disappear, so you have to press tab when starting the game to see the menu.


OPTIONAL:

If you want to keep the objects flashing, open Shaderoverride -> pixelshaders and delete the 1C051A9D.txt file.
