Description
===========
Dynamic Powers adds new toggle able ability's/spells to the game that get more powerful as the character levels up.



Install
=======
1. Extract the files to a temporary location.
2. Drop the files into SkyrimSpecialEdition/Data/
3. use ModOrganizer/NMM and make sure the DynamicPowers.esp is checked as active

Uninstall
=========
1. Start up ModOrganizer/NMM and uncheck DynamicPowers.esp then uninstall/remove the mod.
2. Delete the files/folders associated with the mod.




The only mod that you may find a minor issue with is the Character Creation Overhaul mod. 
If you take to much time in the CCO menu on creating a new character the DynamicPowers menu will start to run and overlap the CCO menu.
