       - Talk to the bosmer slingshots merchant named "Linnor" 
         in Riverwood. 
         He works at Riverwood "Lumber Mill" during the day.
         You can also find him inside the "Sleeping Giant Inn" at night.
         You can buy slingshots and balls from him.
         

       - Balls can also be obtained by crafting them at any Smelter 
         smelting the corresponding material.
