Soul Gem Vendor 1.0

This mod adds a vendor right outside of Arcadia's Cauldron in the Whiterun market. 

The vendor has a stock of: 
Petty - empty and filled (Mostly Empty) 
Lessor - empty and filled (Mostly Empty) 
Common - empty and filled (Mostly Empty) 
Greater - empty and filled (Mostly Empty) 
Grand - empty and filled (Mostly Empty) 
Black - empty and filled (Mostly Empty) 
1 Iron dagger with soul trap (for disenchanting) 
1 soul trap spell tome 

Requirements
Skyrim up to date as of April 3, 2018. 

Conflicts: 
This is likely going to conflict with Whiterun overhauls since this edits an area within Whiterun. 
The only changes I made are right where the vendor is so other than that area there shouldn't be any conflicts with other mods.
