This is simple replacer doest contain .esp or script 
You can just delete the file and after restarting vanilla animation will take place

BUT if you have behavior mod - it could make some error, if you miss the generating animation steps
Behavior mod is use for example FNIS, Nemesis, AGO, etc

If you dont like some of the animation you can do it manually, by knowing the file name, you can switch to other folder from this file or just delete it, it will be refresh with vanilla animation after restarting the game

I try to sort it out by its name, just look at the first letter of the file name hope you can figure out what kind of animation plays with that file 

mlh_xxx is for left hand spell casting
mrh_xxx is for right hand spell casting 

If the word contain xxx its for specific class spell casting

dmagxxx is for dual casting
aim is for far release like for flames, sparks
self is for self release like restoration, alteration
concentration is for looping spell casting tofar release or self release like for restoration or fire bolt    
And theres ward, telekinesis and ritualspell
