     INSTALLING THE PLUGIN

Note.
If you have already loaded an earlier version...  
Then you will need to clean any save you use first before loading this one. 
Otherwise you WILL get problems.
There are plenty of internet posts explaining how to do this.

This file contains:
An esp and bsa.

These can be either:
Extracted directly into your ...\Skyrim\data directory
or can be extracted to a temporary folder and copied manually.
It will probably also install correctly via your mod manager.

     DESCRIPTION

*****************************************************************

Clear the fort and claim ownership from Igmund Jarl of Markarth or his Steward.

When you first come to the fort it will be overrun by Forsworn.
Either speak to Markarth Jarl Igmund or his Steward before or after you clear it out.
Once cleared the Jarl or Steward will give you ownership.
You can then ask various Mercahnts to improve and upgrade your new home.

If you get stuck then looking at the images in 'Help.7z' would be a good place to look first.
If you still can't find a way forward and just want the finished Fort then look in 'Cheat.7z' for final solution.

This Home Is Compatible With: Hearthfire Multiple Adoptions by TMPhoenix 
which is needed to move your spouse and kids in.

NOTE: To move your Children/Spouse into Miserith Hall:
1. Download Hearthfire Multiple Adoptions by TMPhoenix.
2. Enter Miserith Great Hall and use the "Bless Home" Spell that comes from that mod.
3. Talk to your Children/Spouse about moving into your "New Home".

     Compatibility:

This mod is stand alone but will be incompatible with any other house or building mods in the same location.
At this time though there are none I know of. So no known incompatibilities.
If you find any then please let me know.
I'm testing this with around 200 mods active.

However this mod will not work correctly if you have already completed the Civil War.
There may also be conflicts with any mod that changes the Solitude Saw Mill area.

Problems caused by other mods:
"You can only place Armour on the mannequin" message will pop up for every
single mannequin in the cell... if you use FNIS, female mannequins and sexy moves
Display Hall 50+ times !!!
I have been unable to find a solution for this other than uninstall FNIS and/or sexymoves
