Short Description:
A simple mod that enhances your Thu`um in proportion to your Speech skill and more.

Description:
We all know about the non-playability of Shouts in the game, as well as that there are mods that enhance them or add new ones. This mod is intended to serve as a top-up for them or is quite capable of helping alone.

Features:
After defeating Mirmulnir or later, you will receive the Dovah Tinvaak ability. With the growth of your Speech skill, the effectiveness of your Shouts will increase (1% per skill unit). Also, the Speech skill itself will grow when using Thu`um.
Also, the meditation abilities that you receive after meditating on certain Words of Power have been reworked. Here is the changelog:

Eternal Spirit(Feim)
While Ethereal, you become closer to the ghostly nature, and also restore Health, Magicka and Stamina 2% faster from their maximum value.

Force Without Effort(Fus)
While performing power attack or blocking, you are not susceptible to stagger. Power attacks require 25% less Stamina.

The Fire Within(Yol)
Fire Breath shout deals 100% more damage. You gain 25% Fire resistance. While under the influence of fire, your Shouts recharge 25% faster.

Compatibility:
With just about any mod that doesn't affect the meditation abilities associated with these Words of Power.
