Basic Description & Location
The dagger is a separate item to the others found around Skyrim but looks and plays the same way just does a lot of damage. The dagger does enough damage to kill even the strongest enemies in the whole of Tamriel. The Item has two spawn locations one is inside of the Sleeping Giant Inn, Riverwood on the counter where Orgnar tends to be standing and the other is found in Helgen Keep, Helgen next to Gunjar on the floor. I recommended going for the one in Helgen since i found the spawning on the one in Riverwood can be strange and it will be classed as stolen. 

Install
You can install the mod by Vortex Mod Manager or any other Mod Manager you use, as long as the IronSwagger.esp is loaded the mod should work.
